Northwest Dance Theatre Affiliation

Founded in 1988 by June Taylor-Dixon, Northwest Dance Theatre is a non-profit pre-professional dance company which provides opportunities for emerging dancers to perform in a professional environment.  Northwest Dance Theatre maintains rigorous and exacting performance standards following the curriculum taught at June Taylor’s School of Dance.

Although a synergistic bond exists between Northwest Dance Theatre and June Taylor’s School of Dance, they operate as two separate and distinct organizations.

Northwest Dance Theatre has produced numerous performances and has provided opportunities for many young and talented dancers to gain performance experience.  NWDT‘s showcase is their annual Christmas production “A Nutcracker Tea”.
